Social Impact

A lack of inclusion impacts career progression, self-belief and wellbeing. We are on a mission to change that.

One of the most impacted groups due to the societial and workplace inequities are mothers.

The gender pay gap is 3 times as higher for women over 40, and motherhood is a significant part of the why.

We have therefore created a Movement for Mums - we want to empower mums to come together and drive social change - because there is nothing more powerful than Mums on a Mission.  Find out more below.

"Shivani delivered a brilliant workshop at our RESET festival. The content was very engaging and Shivani's extensive knowledge in the field of wellbeing and the challenges mothers face shone through. Her session provided lots of practical tips that were really easy for mothers to take away and put into action."
