She spent over 10 years at Sky where she interviewed guests including Caitlin Moran, Katie Piper and Robert Webb.

She is deeply passionate about creating a world everyone can achieve their dreams, no matter their background.

Her proven expertise in DEI led Sky UK to winning multiple awards, her passion for building communities saw her set up two successful employee networks – and now as the founder of The Wallflower Academy she has inspired and coached over 5,000 men and women.

As a self confessed wallflower she knows only too well the pressure of trying to fit in. Her TEDx talk entitled ‘Why fitting in will screw you up’ was released in 2023 off the back of which she landed a book deal entitled ‘Unlocking authenticity’ which is due for publication in 2026.

She has been the keynote speaker for many companies including WalkMe, PepsiCo, BMW and led workshops at VirginMedia02, stagecoach and Sky. She has also spoken at the House of Commons, House of Lords and the Indian embassy.

As an DEI consultant she regularly supports companies, including the England Cricket Board to advice on strategies to drive inclusion.

She is known to inspire and captivate an audience with her storytelling skills and her personal and authentic delivery.As a mother of 2 girls this is professional as well as personal to her and she candidly shares her experience as a working mother, along with her experiences of building her ‘first’ career as an accountant in a male dominated environment, along with challenges of being a British Asian in the UK.

She has appeared on media platforms including Sky Sports News and BBC Radio, and is known for her warm, engaging yet very candid approach.
