Shivani Uberoi

TEDx speaker, author of Unlocking Authenticity and founder of The Wallflower Academy.

After more than 20 years working across finance, leadership and inclusion, Shivani founded The Wallflower Academy to help organisations create workplaces where people feel safe to be themselves and perform at their best. She founded 3 employee networks during her work at Sky connecting thousands of people across the organisation, and has supported the England & Wales Cricket Board with creating and developing an EDI strategy, as well as growing 5 employee networks across the game. Connection is always at the heart of the work that she does.

Her work has reached thousands of leaders across the UK and she has partnered with organisations including Rightmove, PepsiCo, Virgin Media O2, BMW, Sky and the ECB.
